Summary

Construction Test Booking uses limited cookies and similar technologies to operate the website securely, support admin access and provide secure Stripe payment functionality when checkout is loaded.

We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 so we can understand website visits, traffic sources, service performance and form drop-off points without sending typed form values to Google Analytics.

Google Analytics and Google Ads storage is denied by default until you make a cookie choice. If you allow ads measurement, consented contact data may be hashed before it is made available to Google tags for enhanced conversion measurement.

1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used when you visit constructiontestbooking.com, use a booking, course, card-ordering or group-booking journey, make a secure payment, or access restricted admin areas.

The website-facing service name is Construction Test Booking. The service is operated by Vanir Utilities and Eco Surfacing Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 16123948.

This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions and Refunds Policy.

2. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to help websites work efficiently, keep services secure and provide information to site owners.

Cookies can be essential, meaning they are needed for core website functionality, or non-essential, meaning they are used for optional purposes such as analytics, personalisation or advertising.

Similar technologies can include scripts, pixels, tags, embedded payment components and browser storage. This policy uses the word cookies to include those similar technologies where the context allows.

3. How We Use Cookies

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to:

  • ensure the website functions properly;
  • support secure admin logins and restricted admin areas;
  • protect forms, checkout and service workflows from misuse;
  • allow Stripe to provide secure payment functionality when a payment form is loaded;
  • measure website visits, traffic sources, booking, course-order, group-booking and card-order form interaction status and user journeys so we can improve website performance and user experience.
  • support Google Ads conversion measurement and consented, hashed first-party contact-data matching where you allow ads measurement.

Field names, completion status, skips, validation states and approved option categories may be measured, but typed form values are not sent as normal Google Analytics event parameters.Google Analytics storage is denied by default until analytics consent is granted. Stripe controls the cookies and similar technologies used by Stripe.js and Stripe Elements. For current provider-level details, review the Stripe Cookie Policy and cookie settings.

5. Analytics, Marketing and Attribution

The current constructiontestbooking.com implementation uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads measurement tags on website pages. Google Consent Mode v2 is set to deny analytics storage, ads storage, ad user data and ad personalisation by default, then update those signals when you save a cookie choice.

Booking and order-form analytics may include the current step, safe field names, whether a field was focused, completed, cleared or skipped, validation-error categories and approved option categories such as test type, preferred time and selected add-on keys. It does not send typed values such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, postcodes, dates of birth, centre identities, Stripe identifiers or resume tokens to Google Analytics. Purchase events may include the internal booking or order reference as a transaction ID for deduplication and conversion matching.

If ads measurement consent is granted, the website may make a dedicated user-data event available to Google Tag Manager using pre-hashed email address and phone number values. Raw contact details are not added to ordinary Google Analytics events.

The website may process submitted attribution parameters such as UTM fields, GCLID or FBCLID where they are provided as part of a booking or order record. Those fields are handled as technical or attribution records as described in our Privacy Policy. These submitted fields are separate from the optional Google Analytics cookies described in this policy.

The current website does not include Meta Pixel. If additional marketing pixels or advertising-cookie integrations are introduced later, this page and the consent controls should be updated before those cookies are enabled.
